PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

Austin has worked in, and in partnership with, the insurance & benefits industry for most of his professional career. Having the opportunity to work with some of the largest insurance brokerages in the world, he learned from some of the best when it comes to negotiating coverages and fiercely protecting his clients.

Outside of Myers-Hill Agency, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, and is a dedicated fan of the Buffalo Sabres - who he has had season tickets with for over eight years. Austin is also very active in his community, raising tens of thousands of dollars for charitable events such as the 11 Day Power Play.

VICE PRESIDENT

From managing a local business to being a trusted advisor at State Farm for almost a decade, Justin has built his career on taking care of people and operating in their best interests - whether they’re an employee of a client of his. Justin’s comprehensive knowledge of the industry and coverage needs makes him an exceptional asset for providing the best client experience possible.

Outside of the insurance world, Justin is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and has made a hobby of fixing motorcycles in his free time. Justin is also a very avid football fan, and has been a lifelong fan of the Washington Commanders and the Buffalo Bills.

OFFICE MANAGER

With past experiences including supervising experience and being a lead teacher at a childcare facility, Bella has a knack for making sure things get done and keeping things moving forward. As the Office Manager, Bella oversees all back-of-house operations pertaining to scheduling and employee management.

Outside of her role at Myers-Hill Agency, Bella enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She is an avid crafter and photographer where she holds a true talent for capturing beautiful life experiences and sharing those with others through her craft.
